Built for Daily Clinical Impact

Even great clinicians struggle to deliver consistent quality at speed – because the workflow fights them.

Ultrasound AIssistant fixes the workflow

More exams per day

Less operator fatigue

Tighter quality control

Shorter waiting lists

Lower medico-legal risk

Ultrasound AIssistant improves outcomes for everyone involved.

Easy to Adopt in the Real World

  • Plug-and-play via HDMI: runs on a tablet connected to existing ultrasound machines.
  • Fits existing clinical workflows: designed around how exams are actually performed under time pressure.
  • Faster onboarding: reduces the onboarding time and standardises performance across teams.
  • Improves throughput without compromising quality: more exams per day with less fatigue and fewer repeat scans.

Ultrasound AIssistant can help

get more exams per day. reduce operator fatigue. enhance quality control. cut down on waiting times. save lives.

Resolving Medicine’s Deadliest Blind Spot

Access gap

Devices exist, but expert-level scanning is scarce — WHO estimates over 50% of the world lacks access to diagnostic imaging.

Skill gap

Diagnostic accuracy can vary from ~60% to ~90% depending on operator expertise.

Workflow gap

A typical scan takes 20–30 minutes; fatigue and manual steps increase variability.

A Breakthrough Vascular Ultrasound Upgrade

  • From operator-dependent to repeatable acquisition.
  • Guided workflow that reduces cognitive load and standardises ‘good’.
  • Structured outputs that are consistent and auditable across sites.

Built from the exam room, not the lab.

Dragan Vasić, MD, an angiologist with 25+ years of clinical practice, is President of the Serbian Association of Angiologists and serves on the board of the European Association for Vascular Medicine. With his team, he built Ultrasound AIssistant to make vascular scanning more consistent, scalable, and accessible.

He set out to make expert scanning more dependable, so clinicians can work with greater confidence and patients get answers in time. He brought together vascular specialists and engineers to translate real exam logic into a reproducible workflow engine, backed by a rights-cleared dataset.

Together, they turned 25+ years of real clinical practice into software that makes expert scanning logic reproducible in real time.
